The B.A.C.H pattern presents generative qualities that are syntagmatically and paradigmatically articulated in micro and macrostructural symmetries, translation and mirror symmetries (including palindromes). B.A.C.H has 2880 variants = 10 (the B.A.C.H motif + 9 variants that are obtained by modifying the central minor third) × 12 (transpositions) × 24 (permutations).
