Excerpt
The subject of this research is the problem encountered in the localization of randomly distributed reactors in wireless reactor networks, a topic which has gained importance recently. In reactor networks, virtual or real-time localization of reactors is used in military and security applications, as well as in Geographic Routing algorithms. No constantly located reactors exist in this study; this is ‘Anchor Free Localization’ (AFL) [1]. By using the Flooding Routing method, every reactor, with its own ID, transports the signals and IDs that it receives periodically from its neighbors to the gateway. By means of the enhanced algorithm, we are able to obtain the most realistic network topology in the gateway.
